Celebrating a Growing Business
Broker and owner Gina Morelli opened Beach Loop Realty in the summer of 2006, adding Beach Loop Property Management services in 2010. In the last decade-plus, the business has earned the trust of countless repeat real estate clients and referrals. Beach Loop Property Management now manages more than 70 rental homes and several commercial properties.
Gina started her real estate career in the 1990s, in Las Vegas, where she earned recognition for outstanding customer service and sales performance with some of the most notable Las Vegas real estate and property management companies.
In 2016, Beach Loop celebrated its 10-year anniversary with an open house, Bandon Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, and prize giveaway. The event was an opportunity to celebrate growth and say thanks to clients, colleagues and fellow professionals.
Ten years is a noteworthy milestone for an independent brokerage. The company weathered the economic recession– and grew.
The number of real estate companies in the Southern Oregon Coast region increased by more than 16% in the last five years, giving clients more options in their choice of broker representation. Buyers and sellers choose Beach Loop Realty because our client-focused approach works.
We’re pleased to report sales volumes in the top 5% of Bandon real estate offices, and the top 12% of all offices in Coos and Curry counties, from 2014 through 2017. In that time, our clients capitalized on improved market stability with average sales prices for Beach Loop exceeding the Coos-Curry average by $18,000.
