It’s time to kick up your heels! Bandon’s 68th Annual Cranberry Festival, “Cranberry Round Up” kicks off today with festivities continuing through Sunday.

This is a family friendly, fun filled weekend that draws visitors from all over. Our little town is open for business and we are anxious to show you the best of what Bandon has to offer.

 Friday’s schedule includes VFW Ladies Auxiliary craft and bake sale from 9-3 at the VFW Hall on Hwy 42s & Bates RD., Cranberry Food Fair with “The Queen of the Kitchen” contest at the picnic shelter on the Boadwalk from 10-4, The Blessing of the Harvest takes place at 2nd street and Ohio at 11 AM, and a new Cranberry Queen will be crowned at the Cranberry Coronation at 7PM at the Sprague Theater (tickets may be purchased at the Bandon Chamber of Commerce or from any princess). 


Princess Emma was crowned queen in 2013.

Saturday kicks off at 10 AM with the Cranberry Parade starting at the high school and winding it’s way through Old Town. The Old Town Festival Market will be in full swing with live music, shopping, and a cranberry eating contest. One of the new events is the Street Dance in Old Town beginning at 7 PM.

Sunday plays host to a Disc Golf tournament in city park at 9 AM, an all you can eat breakfast at the VFW Hall starting at 8 AM, and the Bandon Lions Cranberry Run with registration starting 1 PM.


Be aware of road closures and detours throughout the weekend, especially during the parade.
