“I was referred to Gina Morelli at Beach Loop Realty when I was looking for a home in along the Southern Oregon Coast. When we found one in Waldport, OR, she was very responsive and quickly sent me the information I needed on the home in which I was interested. I flew out to see the home and she met me at the house. She had really done her homework on the property. I really appreciated her expertise while I looked at the property. I could tell that she had MY best interests at heart and was not just trying to make a sale. We worked together via text, email, and phone over the next few days and again, Gina was always there for me. Answering my questions and getting the answers when she didn't know. Once my offer was accepted, she held my hand throughout the entire process, making sure the title company sent me the documents, inspections were scheduled, etc. etc. She even did the final walkthrough for me since I was located in Arizona.
