“Misty Barry is an excellent agent, yes if you happened to read this before my edit, something changed. She made an appointment to list my house at 1275 June Ave SE on April 25th. I went in person to Beach Loop Realty to schedule this appointment. What came to light is this: Misty did show up, early actually and I missed her. I got home at 2:15 pm for a 2:30 pm appointment. Apparently she was here at 2:00 pm, left a note that got blown away...it's Bandon. Since my phone had been lost in my garden I could not receive texts or calls.
