Beach Loop Realty is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our property management and office team. This role is a mix of field work and office support and is well suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and detail-oriented.

Property Management Responsibilities (Field + Coordination):
• Complete tenant site inspections (6-month, 12-month, then annually)
• Document property conditions with notes and photos
• Coordinate maintenance from start to finish
• Create work orders and request bids
• Obtain owner approvals
• Communicate with contractors, tenants, and owners
• Track repairs through completion
• Assist with vacancy turnovers using a maintenance punch list

Office Support Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and assist customers with property management needs
• Support real estate agents with day-to-day office tasks
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen items, and Beach Loop Realty merchandise
• Keep inventory organized and up to date
• Submit a monthly order list of items needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for property condition
• Interest in housing and property management
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working as part of an office team
• Comfortable working on a computer (Mac desktop environment)

Requirements:
• Dependable vehicle with current insurance
• Must be able to add Beach Loop Realty as “additional insured”
• Mileage is reimbursed

This role is a mix of field work and office support and is well suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. Property Management Responsibilities (Field + Coordination): • Complete tenant site inspections (6-month, 12-month, then annually) • Document property conditions with notes and photos • Coordinate maintenance from start to finish • Create work orders and request bids • Obtain owner approvals • Communicate with contractors, tenants, and owners • Track repairs through completion • Assist with vacancy turnovers using a maintenance punch list Office Support Responsibilities: • Answer phones and assist customers with property management needs • Support real estate agents with day-to-day office tasks • Maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen items, and Beach Loop Realty merchandise • Keep inventory organized and up to date • Submit a monthly order list of items needed What We’re Looking For: • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for property condition • Interest in housing and property management • Solid customer service and communication skills • Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working as part of an office team • Comfortable working on a computer (Mac desktop environment) Requirements: • Dependable vehicle with current insurance • Must be able to add Beach Loop Realty as “additional insured” • Mileage is reimbursed How to Apply: Bring your resume to our office in Bandon or email it to 📧 gina @beachlooprealty.com
